What are overlay emblem decals?
They are adhesive decals that go over the
existing Ford or Chevy stock emblems.
Do I have to take
off the existing Ford or Chevy Emblem?
No, not at all. The decals go
"Over" the existing emblems. This allows you to change them when
you want to without ruining the stock emblems or scratching your
vehicles paint.
Are these stickers?
Yes, however the correct terminology is
"Decal". Made from vinyl that is designed for outdoor use by 3M or
Avery. UV protected and waterproof. A sticker is simply a
cheap product that won't last. All our products descriptions are
clearly marked as "decals" if they are decals. We will not
reimburse for shipping if the item is returned.
When will my
order arrive?
All orders are "Made to Order" to insure
fresh quality products. What does this mean? You can expect
your order to be processed, manufactured and shipped from our facility within 5-7 business days after payment is received
which doesn't include weekends and holidays. Domed decals take an
extra 5 business days for the "Doming" process to cure.

Shipping charges?
I noticed shipping charges have
increased. What is that due to? All three shipping carriers
have increased their rates for 2008. Please also keep in mind
vinyl film is made from petroleum. When fuel prices increase we
generally expect a price increase from vinyl mfg: Avery, 3M and Arlon.
However, please be aware in the last 2 years we have only passed along
one price increase to our customers.
Why?
All orders are custom made, we do not
have body graphics or race logos that are on the shelf. Due to the
various body graphics as well as vinyl colors combinations, each of our
decals and or kits are made to order when purchased.
Please note that WebXtremes.com is not responsible for any shipping
delays caused by the selected carrier including holidays. If you are ordering for a special
occasion, please order early enough to accommodate for possible delays
during transportation.
My Credit Card was
already charged for my purchase but the order hasn't shipped yet.
Since all our products are made to order
we will indeed charge your Credit Card for the purchase prior to
shipping. This insures us that your Credit Card is valid before we
begin production of your order.
I'm thinking about a
custom decal what information do you need?
Custom designs we need the following:
- Size - Height x width
- Colors
- A mock up design
- Vector artwork if possible
All custom designs receive a proof before
going into production. If you request a proof and decide not to
order the decal you will be charged for the proof as we have design
labor charges. Hourly design fees are based on a rate of $65.00USD
per hour and billed in 15 minute increments.
Depending on the decal, we may choose not
to charge you a design cost as this allows us to resell the decal on our
web site.
Will I be charged for
the design fees if I don't purchase the decal?
Yes, you sure will as we have to pay our
designers for their time.
You want the custom decal to be all yours
and not resold design charges will be applied. However,
WebXtremes.com will never use or resell the design.
Please note we don't
ship on weekends or holidays.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
Yes, We ship to the US and Canada Only.

The products shown are in Black and White. What
is the decal part and what is cut out?
The Black part of the image is your color choice and the White area is
the cut out area that will expose your application surface.
I want to reverse one of the decals. Can you
reverse the decal so that it faces the opposite direction?
Sure we can. All you need to do is state "Please reverse one of the
decals" in the comments line area where you fill out your shipping info.
If you are purchasing more than two decals, please specify which decal
you want reversed. Keep in mind we don't
stock reversed decals they will need to be custom run and shipping on
these will be 5-7 business days before they leave our facility.
What are the decals made from?
All our vinyl graphic products are made from high quality self adhesive
vinyl material (the same type used for OEM Original Equipment
Manufacturers). We currently use one of the best brands on the market,
3M™ ScotchCal. For specialty colors we use Avery™ Premium Cast
Vinyl. These materials are of optimum quality and have excellent
workability and removal properties. All our vinyl graphics can be
applied to any smooth, non-porous surface.
Where can these decals be applied?
All our vinyl decals and graphics can be applied to any smooth,
non-porous surface (i.e. Windows, Hoods, Doors, Roof etc.).
How long will the decals last?
The average life expectancy for our high quality self adhesive decals is
between 5 to 7 years.
Can I install the decals myself?
Yes, all of our decals and graphics are
easy enough for a novice to install! Simply follow the decal application
instructions provided online. However, if you feel you can't do
the install we recommend a sign shop to do the installation.
Dealer detail shops we don't recommend and they don't frequently install
vehicle graphics compared to a sign shop.
How do I remove the decals?
Vinyl graphics and decals can be easily removed. Simply heat the decal
with a heat gun or hairdryer. Then using your fingernail, lift the edge
of the decal and work across the surface of the decal. Overheating the
decal will result in more difficult removal, as will not enough heat.
Once the vinyl is removed, use PREPSOL or thinners to remove any glue
residue.
Will my windshield wipers affect my decals?
Yes, if the wiper blade is running over
the decal they will get scratched.
Will the decals effect the rear window
defroster?
No.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, plus PayPal, US Postal Service
Money Orders and bank cashiers checks. All of these options are provided
for you once you have selected your desired decals to purchase.
I ordered the wrong
product now what?
Double check your order!!! Before
you "Submit" your order please double check it. We get the exact
copy that you're viewing online as well as receipt that we email you.
This is our picking list our shipping department uses.
Please follow the return directions
provided with our order. Or, follow the below link. Any,
order returned without filling out the form will be refused.
Shipping will not be reimbursed to our location as well as sending the
replacement order.

Please take special care by ordering
carefully and completely, and verify the order given in the confirmation
email issued at time of order placement.
WebXtremes quality control assures that
all products are checked for flaws before shipment.
PRODUCT EXCHANGES
All products designed and manufactured by WebXtremes are done on an
individual basis according to the information supplied by the customer.
There are no exchanges available for custom designed products, including
those due to customer selecting improper size or color. The colors
listed on the color chart have been color matched to the actual vinyl
color. Be sure that the exact color and size is checked before you
order.
SHIPPING DELAYS
WebXtremes and its affiliates are not responsible for any delays in
shipping including local delivery errors or international customs
issues. WebXtremes will make every effort to rectify the situation where
feasible.
If your purchasing items listed on eBay
and haven't purchased "Insurance" for each of your decals NO tracking #
will be provided and WebXtremes is NOT responsible for lost or damaged
products.
SHIPPING ERRORS & LOST PACKAGES
Lost or damaged claims can only be filed for shipments over $50.00 in
value and can only be done after 30 days from package shipment.
WebXtremes is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions
or damaged shipments.
- DELIVERED STATUS OF ORDER BUT
HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT
- When I check the status of my
tracking order the status shows "Delivered". We ship
every package with a tracking number to insure it does indeed get
delivered. The Postal Carrier, and or UPS, FedEx and DHL scan
the package prior to dropping it off at your shipping location.
If the package is stolen, lost or misplaced by anyone outside of the
shipping carrier we will NOT replace the item as we have
honored our sale agreement.
CUSTOMER SUPPLIED INCORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION
Our shipping software imports the "Shipping" address entered by the
customer. If the address is wrong, you, the customer will need to
pay for additional shipping charges.
DISCLAIMER
WebXtremes is not responsible for any damage to the decals/graphics
caused by human error, or
the surface it is being applied to during installation. In a case
whereby the customer is uncertain as to the decal installation
procedure, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to seek this
information from a qualified or knowledgeable source. Simply, if
you failed to install the decals correctly we will not reimburse or
replace the decals. NO exception.
