LARGE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Tools Needed:
Measuring Tape
3/4 inch Masking Tape
Soap Solution (ONE Drop of Soap per QT. of Water) in Spray Bottle
Squeegee
1. Clean area thoroughly, with Dawn (Soap Solution) or any other dishwater
soap, where decal will be applied. This will remove all dirt and wax on the
decal application area
2. Position decal and use masking tape on both ends, and in the middle of
the decal, making sure that the decal is level or evenly spaced on the
borders to your vehicle. Measure if necessary. If youre installing one of
our large body graphics you will need to tape the decal to the vehicle in
sections.
3. Tear or cut tape on one end of the decal. Be sure to leave the tape that
you tear in place to use as a registration mark for positioning the decal
correctly
4. Lift the decal on the end with the broken tape and remove the paper
backing, slowly. You can remove half of the backing at a time depending on
the size of the decal.
5. Wet the sticky side of the decal with the soap solution you should be
able to move the decal around (the more soapy solution you use the better)
6. Lay the decal on the surface, lining the cut tape on the decal with the
part of the tape still on the surface
7. Starting from the middle of the decal that is taped down, squeegee out
towards the end of the decal until all the liquid is removed
8. Repeat the other half or taped sections of the decal as you did in # 5 |
