Please fill out the following form to expedite the return process. Please do not call us as this is the fastest method in processing a return.

Return Policy:
WebXtremes (WX Signs) Vehicle Graphics manufactures decals custom made to order. Our return policy is simple*. If for any reason you are not satisfied with one of our products ship it back to us in its original packaging in an unused condition and we will promptly give you a refund, excluding return shipping cost. We can not refund on products that have been destroyed or damaged due to installation, shipping or once decal is applied. Contact your local sign shop or body shop for installation pricing if you are unsure how to install these graphics.

*Please Note: Custom emblem decals are NOT returnable.  All Auto Trim Design products that are returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges are not refundable.

Received Wrong Item Policy:
Yes, we are human and make mistakes from time to time. In the event of receiving the wrong item we will ship the correct item with a return label for the return. No shipping charges will be incurred to the customer. However, please be sure you package and ship the product as you received it. Damaged products returned by customers will not be exchanged or refunded.

Shipping Policy:
WebXtremes (WX Signs) Vehicle Graphics is not responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors or international customs issues. All Ultimate Decal orders are shipped according to the information supplied by the customer. If a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting improper shipping information, WebXtremes (WX Signs) Vehicle Graphics will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment.

Customer Supplied Incorrect Address Policy:

When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, WebXtremes.com, Inc. will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment.

Directions -

• Fill out the form and click send

• We will issue you a RGA# within two business days.

• Package the return item the exactly the way you received it and send it back to us.

• Write on the outside of the package "Returns Department" Plus the RGA#

• Send via US First Class Mail w/tracking information. DO NOT Send via Priority Mail, Express Mail or UPS. as we will not reimburse for the extra charges.

• Postage on Returns are non-refundable unless we have shipped the wrong product.
